In the 2nd week of March year 12 pupils completed their Welsh Baccalaureate Enterprise & Employability Challenge.  The culmination of the challenge saw every member of the year group pitch their team’s proposal.  They were given the challenge of regenerating the economy of the Swansea Bay City region in which we live.  They pitched to a panel of judges in a Dragon’s Den style scenario.  Armed with presentations and prototypes, marketing material and financial forecasts, the judges were full of praise for the effort and professionalism shown by the pupils in this daunting experience.  The day produced many stand out performances in the eyes of the judges, with the skills being demonstrated by all pupils commended for their level of maturity.

Mr D. Williams would like to thank the pupils for their hard work and the judges for their time and efforts.  Pictured are two members of the Sixth Form, Isabel Thomas and Cameron Christie, with judges Gwawr Williams and Nia ap Tegwyn from Menter Gorllewin Sir Gar, and Mr Kevin Davies from Cawdor Cars, and Mr Andrew Ling from Innovate UK.
