On Friday the 10th May 36 pupils from year 8 took part in the IET Faraday Challenge Day. The day was all about letting the students be creative and use their own problem-solving skills to explore their capabilities as engineers. In teams of 6 they had to devise a solution that would help with the James Webb Space Telescope. After developing their solution each team then presented their ideas to the judges and the rest of the class.
A very successful and enjoyable day and well done to all pupils who took part.
