On a pleasant, sunny day in early May, the school held its annual Sports Day. Participation levels were high with a number of long standing records broken.

In Year 8 Megan Lote-Williams beat the previous long jump record of 4.19metres by 2cms. Joe Worrall, also of Year 8 won the discus in a new record of 27.60metres. In year 9, two boys in the same hurdles race beat the record, Luke Jenkins ran 13.19seconds and Caleb Evans ran 13.70seconds. Well done to all four athletes.
