The British Institute of Human Rights held an inspiring event in Small World Theatre on Tuesday 21st March.  The twelve pupils who attended learned all about how the human rights of individuals are protected by law including rights like the right to life, the right to equality, the right to be treated with dignity and the right to a private life.  There were presentations, case studies, activities and discussions and Amara Tamblyn and Lewis Owen-Nunes made particularly valuable contributions during discussions.  The day was interesting, informative and an enjoyable time was had by all involved.
